if all else Fails i will Email you step by step how to get rid of this virus O and if you google Brontok Virus or virus-{then ur symtoms] it will help or i can do it for you^^ or disconnect from internet go to start>allprograms>accsesories>system restore then click restore to a preiviues state then click the date when the virus wasent there then dont download the program it removes
